How do I get login credentials for the dashboard?
All customers of Your website made easy get access to the customer dashboard. If you haven’t received your login yet, please send an email to webmaster@yourwebsitemadeeasy.com and we’ll fix it.
Where can I find my invoices?
When you’re logged into your dashboard, go to orders (not invoices) and click on the order for which you want to download the invoice. There’s a button that allows you to download the invoice as a PDF.
I don’t have a subscription but need your help, is that possible?
If you don’t have a maintenance subscription but still want to call on me for help, you can purchase individual support hours. You can do this via

How do I access the resources on my website?
Your website contains resource pages, but they are only visible when you are logged in.
You can find everything via the page /design or /yourwebsite (depending on how old your website is).
Technical support: how to request it?
For support, I prefer to receive your questions via the troubleshooting form or by email (not via WhatsApp or social media). This way I can look at your question calmly and answer it properly. Please clearly state:
– what your question is
– which website or page it concerns
– how urgent it is
I help you during office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.
Reporting issues
You can report issues via the troubleshooting form on my website or by email. Outside office hours, I’ll handle urgent matters as quickly as possible, but I may not respond until the next working day.
In case of a major technical problem or when your site is completely offline, you may contact your hosting provider directly.
