Support for clients
By filling out this form and answering the questions below, you help me solve problems for you faster. I always try to help you as fast as possible. Outside office hours I will handle urgent matters as quickly as possible, but I may not respond until the next working day.
Some things that are useful to know when troubleshooting:
- What were you doing when the problem occurred?
- When did it go wrong (day/time)?
- On which page of the site does it happen?
- Is this with a computer, tablet, or mobile?
- Which internet browser are you using?
- If it concerned a registration/login; which email address or username did you use?
- Was there an error message? If so, what was it?
What you can do yourself:
- Emails not arriving after registration/purchase? Check if the email isn't in the spam folder.
- Does your website not look on the front end like you see it while editing? Then read this article first
In case of a major technical problem or when your site is completely offline, you may contact your hosting provider directly.
