Some things that are useful to know when troubleshooting:
- What were you doing when the problem occurred?
- When did it go wrong (day/time)?
- On which page of the site does it happen?
- Is this with a computer, tablet, or mobile?
- Which internet browser are you using?
- If it concerned a registration/login; which email address or username did you use?
- Was there an error message? If so, what was it?
What you can do yourself:
- Emails not arriving after registration/purchase? Check if the email isn't in the spam folder.
- Does your website not look on the front end like you see it while editing? Then read this article first
- Is your site completely offline? Then contact your hosting provider.
