How do I get login credentials for the dashboard?<\/h3>

All customers of Your website made easy get access to the customer dashboard. If you haven't received your login yet, please send an email to webmaster@yourwebsitemadeeasy.com<\/a> and we'll fix it. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Where can I find my invoices?<\/h3>

When you're logged into your dashboard, go to orders (not invoices) and click on the order for which you want to download the invoice. There's a button that allows you to download the invoice as a PDF. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

I don't have a subscription but need your help, is that possible?<\/h3>

If you don't have a maintenance subscription but still want to call on me for help, you can purchase individual support hours. You can do this via this link<\/a>. Afterward, you can schedule time with me yourself. <\/p>\n

How do I access the resources on my website?<\/h3>

Your website contains resource pages, but they are only visible when you are logged in.
You can find everything via the page \/design<\/strong> or \/yourwebsite<\/strong> (depending on how old your website is).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Technical support: how to request it?<\/h3>

For support, I prefer to receive your questions via the troubleshooting form<\/a> or by email (not via WhatsApp or social media). This way I can look at your question calmly and answer it properly. Please clearly state: <\/p>\n

- what your question is
- which website or page it concerns
- how urgent it is<\/p>\n

Reporting issues<\/h3>

You can report issues via the troubleshooting form<\/a> on my website or by email. Outside office hours, I\u2019ll handle urgent matters as quickly as possible, but I may not respond until the next working day. <\/p>\n

In case of a major technical problem or when your site is completely offline, you may contact your hosting provider directly.<\/p>\n
