If you’re already a client, you can book support time here. I will always do my best to make sure any problems or issue’s you have are resolved as quickly as possible. If you’re not already my client, you can schedule a free consultation, just to make sure there is a match and I’m the right one for your support needs.

This is how my support service works

When you come to me with a support question we do this:

  1. Determine what the issue is.
  2. I evaluate if can help you, or if we need another expertise.
  3. If the issue is not dealt with immediately, I estimate the amount of extra time needed.
  4. Time will be billed in intervals of 15 minutes. You do not pay for the first 15 minutes, which is usually what we need for step 1 and 2.

The scope of support includes:

  • General support and troubleshooting for your website or workflow
  • Help for working with Divi theme
  • WordPress installs and migrations
  • Support for website systems and tools such as zapier, active campaign, mailchimp and mailerlite

The current rate for support is 80 euro / 800 sek per hour excl. VAT
*For existing website clients different rates may apply.
